Currently, USA Liberty Mortgage is seeking
qualified applicants for the following positions:
Senior Mortgage Loan Officer (multiple
locations)
Pre-requisites include one full year mortgage
industry experience, or twelve funded USALM
loans
Responsibilities and goals- To create mortgage
loans from ample leads provided by the company.
To create mortgage loans from leads provided
by your ongoing networking efforts. To create
and execute a business plan in which the
mortgage consultant builds a referral network
with realty and other industry professionals.
To participate as needed in loan processing,
closing. To report activities and results
in weekly meetings.
Junior Mortgage Loan Officer
(multiple locations)
Less than one year prior mortgage lending
experience, or less than twelve funded USALM
loans. Junior loan officers require (and receive)
extensive training from management and processing
teams to gain relevant industry experience.
Mortgage Loan Processor
- Holbrook, New York
Manage a pipeline of customer loan
transactions with ability to close. To act
as the intermediary between the loan officer
and the bank in order to compile adequate
information and documentation so as to facilitate
mortgage closings in a reasonable time frame.
Resolve customer issues throughout the processing
of the loan. Processors are required to be
accurate, systematic and continuous in their
observance and maintenance of all state and
banking compliance matters. To create and
maintain internal auditing procedures to prevent
compliance failures.
